The Purchase Process
Once you have placed your order, all you have to do is sit back and wait for your goodies to arrive! Each order at Diva Dog Bakery is made from scratch and made to order. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to bake and package your treats. All treats are made with a whole lotta TLC, so please give us the proper time to ensure they are made with the highest standards for your pooch!


Holidays
During holiday season, we get pretty busy, so don’t wait until the last minute to order! We list our schedule and cut-off dates in order to ensure you of delivery before the holiday, as well as turn around time if longer than 48 hours.


Shipping Methods
We ship anywhere in the continental United States using the USPS via priority mail or express mail (overnight). This is your choice when placing your order, unless otherwise noted for a particular item.

Priority Mail- Package ships to destination in 2-3 days.

Express Mail- Package is guaranteed to be delivered overnight.

All packages are sent with delivery confirmation.


What if I am not happy with my order?
Diva Dog Bakery stands behind all of our products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product at once.
